Customer FAQ

We dispatch all goods within 24 hours. These services normally deliver on the next working day although occasionally they can take longer. Orders must be placed by 2:00pm to guarantee dispatch same day.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, you can choose a different delivery address during check out.

Will I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, VAT invoices will be sent as a PDF file via email.

Can I order by phone?

Yes, providing you have placed an order with us before. To place an order over the phone you can call us between 9am - 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note, we only deliver to your billing address if you place your order by phone.

What happens if some of my items are out of stock and some are in stock?

We will get in touch to give you the choice of having one delivery when your order is complete or we can send the items that we have first whilst we wait for the back ordered to arrive (no additional delivery charge for this).

I have a complaint, what do I do?
