Welcome to ISC West 2026 in Las Vegas. If you could not make the show in person, Gary Cotton, Country Manager for the United States, and Rob Harman, Director of Sales for Canada, are here to give you a comprehensive tour of the Ajax Systems booth. From wireless takeovers to high-security wired networks and advanced video surveillance, this walkthrough covers everything new in the ecosystem.
Takeover Module: Integrating Third-Party Sensors
The first major reveal on the show floor is the wireless Takeover Module. This device allows security installers to leverage technology that has been in place for years. Whether a site uses 433, 319, or 345 MHz frequencies, you can now seamlessly bring those existing third-party wired sensors directly into the Ajax Systems experience without forcing the client into a complete "rip and replace."
Hub BP
Next up is the highly anticipated Hub BP. Similar in form factor to the Hub 2 Plus, this specialized control panel is engineered for extreme efficiency, operating for up to 17 months on battery power alone.
KeyPad Outdoor: Secure Exterior Access
A relatively new addition to the North American market is the KeyPad Outdoor. This device gives partners the flexibility to add arming and disarming stations to exterior sites. If you manage remote video monitoring facilities or remote storage units with no interior access point, authorized personnel can securely disarm the system before entering, drastically reducing false alarms.
Hybrid and Superior Series Cameras
The video surveillance lineup is expanding massively. The baseline offering now includes Hybrid Light varifocal cameras - available in black and white - across bullet, turret, and dome form factors. These units boast 10 times the processing power for faster analytics and perform exceptionally well in challenging lighting. You can explore these optics further in our guide to the new Ajax TurretCam HL.
Everything in the baseline is elevated in the Superior line. These cameras feature a built-in microphone for "talk-down" capabilities to warn trespassers, integrated speaker outputs, and a built-in backbox for cleaner installations. New NVRs with HDMI Output
Listening to market feedback, Ajax Systems upgraded their baseline 8- and 16-channel NVRs (stackable up to 200 cameras) by adding an HDMI port for direct spot monitor viewing and a cooling fan to regulate hard drive temperatures.
They also introduced two massive new NVRs available in both baseline and Superior models. These 32-channel units support hot-swappable hard drives up to 32TB and are fully rack-mountable. If you utilize the Superior NVR, you can apply built-in AI (detecting people, vehicles, and animals) to third-party ONVIF cameras, bringing millions of existing cameras into the Ajax ecosystem.
Ajax Superior: Wired Intrusion Protection Devices
Making its North American debut is the Ajax Superior line of wired products. Utilizing Fibra technology with an addressable loop, it gives integrators the exact same fit, form, and function as the baseline Jeweller wireless devices, but is engineered for high-security commercial applications. The lineup features two main control panels: the Hub Hybrid, handling up to 100 zones, and the massive MegaHub, which supports an incredible 999 zones. You can see this scale in action in our recent business security case study.
EN54 Line: Fire and Life Safety Standards
Recently launched in Europe and coming soon to the US and Canada, the EN54-certified line focuses entirely on fire and life safety. Leveraging long-range Jeweller wireless technology, this ecosystem covers up to 200 zones and includes sounders, smoke detectors, strobes, heat detectors, and IO inputs. It also features a stunning 10-inch display.
For partners, the biggest benefit is operational efficiency: complex commercial fire projects that used to take four weeks can now be completed in a couple of days. Installers can program the entire system via the Ajax application and perform remote diagnostics to determine if a physical truck roll is actually necessary. Fueling Partner Growth in North America
The booth at ISC West has grown significantly over the last few years, and so has the Ajax Systems team across the US and Canada. With advancing technology and a growing support network, they are providing partners with the tools they need to grow their commercial and residential businesses. As always, rule your space.

Partner Perspective: A Complete Ecosystem
Oleg Bordiian, Founder of Pipl Systems, shared his thoughts on the comprehensive nature of the booth:
"At ISC Security Events ISC West 2026, we captured a strong video at the Ajax Systems booth. A rare format: two leaders presenting together - Gary Cotton (U.S.) and Rob Harman (Canada). This year, there’s a clear focus on expanding video surveillance: new NVRs with HDMI output for direct monitoring and a growing lineup of Hybrid and Superior cameras."
"Alongside that - KeyPad Outdoor, the Takeover Module for integrating third-party wired sensors, EN54-certified fire & life safety solutions, and continued development of the Superior wired line for higher-security applications. A solid example of how Ajax ecosystem covers needs from basic setups to complex enterprise projects."

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is the Ajax Takeover Module and how does it work?
The wireless Takeover Module is a device that allows security integrators to connect existing third-party wired sensors (operating on 433, 319, or 345 MHz frequencies) directly into the Ajax Systems ecosystem. This prevents the need for a complete system overhaul when upgrading an older property.
2. Does Ajax Systems offer traditional wired security panels?
Yes. While known for their Jeweller wireless technology, Ajax offers the Superior line utilizing Fibra wired technology. This includes the Hub Hybrid (supporting up to 100 zones) and the Mega Hub (supporting up to 999 zones) for high-security and enterprise-grade installations.
3. What are the new features of the Ajax NVRs shown at ISC West?
The newest baseline and Superior NVRs from Ajax feature up to 32 channels, rack-mountable designs, and hot-swappable hard drives supporting up to 32TB. They also include an HDMI port for direct spot monitor viewing and built-in AI analytics capable of identifying people, vehicles, and animals on third-party ONVIF cameras.
4. How long does the Ajax Hub BP battery last?
The Hub BP is designed for remote or extreme-efficiency applications and can operate for up to 17 months exclusively on battery power.
5. Is the Ajax EN54 fire safety line available in North America?
The EN54-certified line, which includes smoke detectors, heat detectors, sounders, and strobes, recently launched in Europe and is officially coming soon to the United States and Canada.
6. Can I disarm my Ajax system from outside the building?
Yes, by utilizing the KeyPad Outdoor. This device is completely weatherproof and allows users to securely arm or disarm the system before entering a premises, which is highly beneficial for locations utilizing remote video monitoring or unmanned storage facilities.
