The keypad is seldom used as the access card system handles both disarming and arming the security system.
As we venture deeper into the facility, we encounter the customer service, sales department, and design teams who respond to client queries, draft proposals, and develop building designs, respectively. The facility also includes well-equipped boardrooms used for staff training and client meetings.
One of the standout features of Bond Securcom’s facility is their advanced auto-arming system. This security system verifies if the facility is vacant at certain times and triggers a pre-arming alarm. If unattended, it eventually auto-arms, securing the premises.
Next, we visit their kitchen area, where staff members gather to share meals in a family-like environment, further illustrating the company’s close-knit culture.
Efficient Warehouse & Inventory Management
At the heart of Bond Securcom’s operations is an efficiently managed warehouse. The company receives goods required for various projects here, including ICT systems, storm cameras, archivers, electronic door locks, and more. The warehouse design facilitates easy access and restocking, and each project has a dedicated area, ensuring seamless operations.
Adjacent to the warehouse is a well-stocked inventory room with a broad range of replacement parts, allowing swift response to any on-site needs or emergencies.
