Choosing a security system involves more than comparing equipment. Pipl Systems helps you clarify your needs, understand the options, identify potentially suitable independent professionals, and make a more informed decision.
Our initial project guidance is free for you. Your chosen integrator performs the installation.
01 — Tell Us About Your Project
Describe your property, goals, location, and the systems you are considering. Your project could involve a new installation, an upgrade, or support for an existing system.
You do not need a final equipment list or detailed technical specifications. Your request first goes to the Pipl Systems team, which may contact you to clarify the information.
02 — Explore Suitable Solutions
We help you consider technologies and approaches relevant to your project, which may include cameras, access control, intercoms, intrusion alarms, networking, monitoring, or related systems.
We may summarize your requirements to make discussions with potential providers more efficient. Our role is guidance and coordination, not selling a particular installation.
03 — Connect With Suitable Integrators
We may identify independent security professionals whose services and location could suit your project and ask whether they are interested or available.
Your choices in the request form control information sharing. For general matching requests, you authorize sharing relevant contact and project details with suitable independent integrators who may contact you about the project.
If you submit a quote request through a particular company's profile, you authorize sharing with that named company. You can separately choose whether Pipl Systems may also share your information with other suitable integrators. If you leave that optional choice unchecked, we will not treat your request as permission to share your identifiable details with other providers.
Pipl Systems receives and reviews requests before any potential introduction. An authorization provided when you submit the form permits the relevant information sharing for that project within the limits you selected.
We aim to help you compare three or more proposals where suitable providers are available and willing to participate. The number of actual responses depends on your project, location, and provider participation.
04 — Compare Proposals and Choose
Proposals can differ in equipment, system capabilities, installation scope, support, service plans, and price. We help you understand meaningful differences and questions to ask.
You decide whether to hire anyone and which provider to choose. Your chosen independent integrator supplies its own quotation, contract, installation, and any agreed follow-up services.
Who Does What?
Pipl Systems: Initial guidance, project clarification, identifying potentially suitable providers, and helping you review the options.
Independent providers: Their own proposals, pricing, qualifications, licensing, contracts, installation, maintenance, monitoring, and warranties where applicable.
Pipl Systems does not itself install security systems through this service. You should confirm project-specific licensing, insurance, and the provider's contract before hiring.
Project Benefits
Where appropriate, Pipl Systems may ask a provider about project-specific pricing or additional benefits. Those benefits are not prearranged or guaranteed, and the provider determines any available terms.
How Your Information Is Handled
Your project inquiry is initially received by Pipl Systems, even when submitted through a particular company's listing. The form explains which independent providers you are authorizing to receive relevant information and contact you about your project. We only share information within the permission you provide and the needs of the project.
You may contact us to withdraw permission for future sharing. This does not automatically undo information already appropriately disclosed. Submitting an inquiry does not oblige you to hire anyone.

Is the initial service free?
Yes. The initial project guidance described on this website is free for customers, with no obligation to hire an integrator. Pipl Systems may earn compensation from separate commercial arrangements. Any paid advisory service would have separately agreed scope and pricing.
Must I choose a company from the Pipl Systems directory?
No. We may consider suitable providers who are not currently listed in our directory.
Can I contact a listed company directly?
Yes. You can visit a company's public website or other public contact channels. You may also submit an inquiry through its Pipl Systems profile for us to review and coordinate.
Does Pipl Systems verify integrators?
We may manually review publicly available business information, registers, and other relevant sources. Such review does not guarantee workmanship, insurance, professional qualifications, or licensing for every project. Confirm the requirements relevant to your own installation directly with the provider.
Do I have to accept a proposal?
No. The decision to proceed and any contract with a provider are yours.
